Each is Given a Ministry
While there are trained pastors and leaders, each believer has a special gifting and therefore a role in the life and growth of the community. Jesus’ mission is to save and restore sinners, and His followers participate in that merciful mission. We can do that locally, in our community and in our city, but we can also participate in Jesus’ mission by supporting those who go to far off places with the Gospel message and lifestyle.
Local Ministries
Most of the ministry of our church community is done by the unpaid members of our church. We do not see ourselves as ‘volunteers’, giving some of our time, but as people called to offer their whole lives to participate in Jesus’ mission.

Administration
The administration team serves to ensure smooth communication, maintain accurate records, manage church finances with integrity, and oversee administrative tasks. They facilitate better coordination of the ministries so the church can more effectively pursue it’s mission.

Though we are based in Cologne, we are eager to support efforts across the globe to bring the Good News of Jesus to needy people.
Tansel (Turkey)
Tansel and his family minister to a group of churches in Northern Turkey, to bring the Gospel to the people of the region.
Jason Nelson and 20 Schemes (Edinburgh, Scotland)
Jason and his family minister in the Niddrie Community Church, working to see church plants in under-privileged communities.
Costi and Refuge Centre Romania (Bucharest, Romania)
Costi and his team work with orphans and families in need in the region, and refugees coming from Ukraine. The goal is to see these people come to Jesus one day.
Albin and Patricia (Almería, Spain)
Albin and Patricia minister the Gospel and demonstrate Jesus’ love to refugees to Spain from Northern Africa.
Pillar Network International
The Pillar Network is a community of churches that are doctrinally aligned, missionally driven, and committed to equipping, planting, and revitalizing churches together.
Aquila Initiative
Aquila Initiative is a network of like-minded churches who partner together to engage in church multiplication by apprenticing leaders who will establish Christian community through marketplace missions.
International Baptist Convention
The IBC is a movement of global-minded churches that are reproducing healthy disciples, leaders, and congregations.
